This ancient Chinese establishment has morphed into one of the most notorious local bars in the Fort Myers area. You’ll know you are in the best place by the giant statue of Buddha, resting in the parking lot. A couple of items you can be assured of in this bar, the cocktails are cold and cheap, and the music is full. Local bands like to rock here as well as those on the driving circuit. There’s something on the small dance floor of the Buddha that starts people get a little mad. It’s not surprising to see partygoers covered in jeans and a T, jumping about next to someone in a polo or even in regular attire. Everyone is greeted at the Buddha.
